What Size Are God’s Shoes?

Do you believe God can be found in both the miraculous and the mundane? In these short, inspirational, and humorous reflections, Tim Schenck helps us encounter God through the domestic chaos of raising children. Miracles weave their way into a fish burial, a snow day, questions about the size of God’s shoes, and what it’s like to be a “class mom” – when you’re a dad.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Accessible, humorous spiritual essays focus on seeking God’s presence amid the chaos of modern life.
• Evokes the divine presence that fills the madness of child rearing.
• Offers a glimpse into the frenzied reality of a clergy family.

“He's funny about his kids, but never at their expense. When we meet them, we are meeting our younger selves, and we meet their father as well, bemused, bewildered, and bedeviled in ways we know well.”

• Barbara Crafton From the Foreword
